The Revenue System Builder is a private, one-on-one 6-month advisory engagement offered by referral or application only, to a select few established entrepreneurs.
The engagement begins with an initial six-month commitment and continues on a monthly basis. It is designed to give you ongoing access to my experience, judgment, and perspective as you make decisions about your products, marketing, revenue systems, technology, and business development.
The relationship is closer to having an experienced revenue systems advisor, fractional executive, and business partner at the table than participating in a traditional coaching program.
I become familiar with your business, your offers, your customers, your technology, and the opportunities you are considering. That allows us to move beyond isolated coaching conversations and make better decisions within the larger context of where the business is going.
Depending on the needs of the business, our work may include improving an existing revenue system, developing a new product or program, correcting underperforming marketing, simplifying technology, strengthening automation, or determining which opportunities deserve time, money, and attention.
I evaluate the entire revenue system, not just one tactic. I look at your offers, positioning, pricing, messaging, marketing, sales process, technology, automation, and delivery to determine how well the pieces work together.
I help you develop, refine, rename, package, and price your offers. This may include programs, products, services, workshops, assessments, memberships, events, or other revenue opportunities.
I identify what actually needs to be fixed. I separate meaningful constraints from distractions so you do not spend time or money rebuilding parts of the business that are not causing a problem.
I help design the infrastructure behind the revenue. This can include websites, landing pages, funnels, email campaigns, CRM processes, workflows, lead follow-up, onboarding, customer journeys, and internal systems.
I bring strategy, technology, and implementation into the same conversation. I consider not only whether an idea sounds good, but what it will actually take to build, operate, and sustain it.
I help protect the business from unnecessary complexity. I look for simpler, more useful ways to accomplish the objective without adding platforms, processes, expenses, or projects that the business does not need.
I provide continuity from one decision to the next. Because I remain involved over time, each conversation builds on the work, decisions, and lessons that came before it.
I serve as an experienced sounding board and strategic partner. I challenge assumptions, evaluate opportunities, identify risks, and help you make stronger decisions when the right answer is not immediately obvious.
